Resume
My projects often rely equally on creativity and technicality.
Web Development draws on multiple disciplines: creative design, image creation, content strategy, marketing, copywriting, programming, best practices, standards and usability.
My Design philosophy resides at the crossroads of Aesthetic and Purpose. Project goals define the Purpose of the work - while Aesthetic, Content and Usability guide creative decisions.
Project Management ties it all together by establishing goals, working with clients, achieving milestones, launching projects and providing support.

Quality Specialist
Caterpillar – Inc., Mapleton, IL
Caterpillar Precision Seals America manufactures Metal Hydraulic Seal Rings which are essential to Excavation, Mining and Military operations. In my role as Built-in Quality Team Lead, I aggregate, analyze and report out data which informs internal scrap cost-reduction initiatives throughout the foundry, machining and quality gate processes.
My Web Development experience plays a crucial role in this position, as I was immediately tasked with overhauling facility data reporting processes. Aggregating data from many disparate sources into Microsoft Power BI, I created a suite of reporting tools which gives Engineering and Management staff a new level of visibility into product quality and facility operations.
